Yadwinder Singh, a toll plaza manager, was shot and injured at Ghulal Toll Plaza. Four men in a car attacked him with swords and then fired a shot. Police suspect an old rivalry related to his previous job and are investigating, believing Nachattar Singh may be involved. Yadwinder is out of danger.
