Widely used crop pesticides are damaging animal behaviour on a large scale

A new German study reveals common farm chemicals can alter the behavior of honeybees and zebrafish. Insecticides reduced nectar collection in bees, while fungicides and herbicides impacted their care for young. Zebrafish embryos exhibited unusual movements and learning changes, suggesting chemical mixtures pose a greater ecological threat than previously understood.
