Panchkula police arrested Arvind Bhanushali in a Rs 1.75 crore cyber fraud case, the ninth arrest. The fraud involved a Facebook ad promising stock market profit doubling. The victim lost the amount after clicking a WhatsApp link. Investigations led to this arrest in Gujarat. Eight other accused had been previously arrested, and more are expected.
