An explosion near the Red Fort in Delhi killed nine and injured others. The blast, heard 3 km away, involved a slow-moving vehicle and triggered a multi-agency investigation including the Delhi Police, NIA, and NSG. The car’s owner was detained and the investigation continues. This is the first major blast in Delhi in 14 years.
