Haryana’s Revenue Department launched an IT cell in Chandigarh for in-house software development and support of revenue services, including Web-HALRIS and e-Bhoomi. A 2-petabyte data center is planned. Paperless registries launched November 1, 2025, are operating smoothly with enhanced features. A “revert with objection” feature will launch November 12, 2025.
