A terror plot involving Kashmiri doctors was uncovered after an explosion near the Red Fort. Explosives were found at Al Falah University in Faridabad. Eight arrests were made, implicating doctors in a Jaish-e-Mohammad plot using a Telegram handler in Pakistan. One suspect is believed to be in Afghanistan.
