The National Investigation Agency has arrested Jasir Bilal Wani, an alleged associate of the main accused in the Red Fort car bomb blast. Wani provided technical support, including modifying drones and attempting to develop rockets, for the attack. He is considered an active co-conspirator in planning the bombing.
