Kotak Mahindra Banks data protection chief Anand Kumar Kasturi said banks must design systems that are both advanced and easy for customers to use, as clarity is becoming as important as security. Speaking at Googles AI Impact Summit, he warned that AI-driven impersonation and data-based fraud are rising, requiring banks to simplify processes and build risk-aware systems.
