India and Israel have signed the Terms of Reference (ToR) to begin negotiations for a Free Trade Agreement (FTA), aiming to enhance bilateral trade, investment, and cooperation in technology. Commerce Minister Piyush Goyal emphasized the strategic partnership’s potential for mutual market access.
