A Delhi MCD gardener was arrested for forging CM Office letters to cheat patients seeking free hospital treatment. He charged patients Rs 5,000, impersonated officials, and used Google Translate to create fake documents. Police recovered forged IDs, multiple SIM cards, and a motorcycle.
