The Maharashtra Navnirman Sena (MNS) has raised concerns about anomalies in the Thane Municipal Corporation’s draft voter list and ward boundaries preceding civic elections. Avinash Jadhav reported an unexpected increase of around 400,000 voters across 33 wards, averaging 7,000–8,000 dubious entries per ward.
