Punjab Police arrested four operatives linked to the Lawrence Bishnoi gang after an encounter in SAS Nagar. Acting under foreign-based handler Goldy Dhillon, the accused were allegedly planning targeted attacks in the Chandigarh tricity and Patiala regions. Seven pistols and 70 cartridges were recovered; police say more arrests are likely.
