The Rajya Sabha Business Advisory Committee has set aside 10 hours each for discussions on the 150th year of ‘Vande Mataram’ and on electoral reforms. The debates will begin next Tuesday amid ongoing Opposition demands for a wider discussion on electoral roll revisions.
