ATM users will get automatic $25 payments from a $1.23 million Flagstar–NYCB settlement. The case covers out-of-network ATM fees from August 2020 to February 2024 and retry NSF or overdraft fees from 2017 to 2020. No claim form is needed. Current customers get account credits. Former customers get mailed checks after the January 13, 2026 final approval.
