ECI Bihar Election 2025 Live Updates: Assembly election in Bihar will be held in two phases on November 6 and 11 while the counting of votes is set for November 14. There are a total of 243 Assembly constituencies in Bihar. In the first phase, polling will be held in 121 constituencies while the remaining 122 will vote in the second phase.Key battlegrounds include Raghopur, where Tejashwi Yadav is contesting; Mahua, where his brother Tej Pratap Yadav is testing his luck with a new political outfit; and Tarapur, the constituency of Deputy Chief Minister Samrat Choudhary. Other high-profile seats in focus are Alinagar, where singer Maithili Thakur is contesting on a BJP ticket; Lakhisarai, represented by Deputy CM Vijay Kumar Sinha; Mokama, where JDU’s Anant Singh – currently jailed in a murder case – faces rival Dular Chand Yadav; and Raghunathpur, where RJD’s candidate is Osama Shahab, son of the late gangster-turned-politician Md Shahabuddin.Polling for the remaining 122 constituencies will be held in the subsequent phases.
