Officials from seven countries, including France, South Africa, and Belgium, will observe polling in Bihar on November 6th as part of the Election Commission’s International Election Visitors Programme. The delegates received a demonstration of EVM operations and electoral roll preparation before their visit to witness actual polling and EVM dispatch centers.
