The CBI is expected to oppose Rabri Devi’s request to move four cases to another judge. Rabri Devi alleges bias by Special Judge Vishal Gogne in the IRCTC scandal and cash-for-jobs cases. She claims the judge is inclined towards the prosecution. The CBI will argue she is engaging in forum shopping and the judge is merely inconvenient.
