Delhi Police Special Cell has dismantled a Pakistan-backed terror network. Gangster Shahzad Bhatti, operating from Pakistan, led the module. Three key operatives were apprehended from Punjab, Madhya Pradesh, and Uttar Pradesh. They were involved in a grenade attack in Gurdaspur. The module recruited young Indians via social media, luring them with money and glorification.
