A 38-year-old woman, S. Nesalakshmi of Karimedu, was assaulted by a woman and her son for questioning them after their pet dog bit her daughter. Police said the Labrador dog owned by A. Sathiya of New Jail Road bit Sakthi, 12, on Saturday when she was walking on the street.
