The Election Commission of India has announced a significant increase in the remuneration for Booth Level Officers raising their pay from Rs 6000 to Rs 12000 Supervisors involved in the preparation and revision of electoral rolls will also see their remuneration increased from Rs 12000 to Rs 18000 according to a press release issued on Saturday
