Union Minister Chirag Paswan hailed the people of Bihar as the NDA headed towards a landslide victory in the Bihar Assembly Elections 2025. He said the voters had taken a “historic decision” by giving the alliance a massive mandate, driven by their belief in development and stable governance. Chirag added that Bihar’s electorate had given a clear and “befitting reply” to all doubts raised about Chief Minister Nitish Kumar’s health, the NDA’s two-decade performance, and questions surrounding his own role in the alliance. He emphasised that if the five-party united NDA had existed in 2020, it would have delivered a similarly dominant performance.
