Toilet - Ek prem Katha
This movie highlighted the social issue and the importance of toilets in each house. The film showed the lack of toilets in many parts of the country. Akshay Kumar is the main lead of the story who succeeded in building a public toilet in their village when his wife decided to divorce him because of the unavailability of the washroom in his house.
Pink
Amitabh Bachan, a lawyer in this movie, fought a case against the man who molested a girl after she said no. He showed the importance of the word "no" and how consent is salient in every aspect of life.

This movie opened the eyes of people who like to do ragging for their fun without knowing the impact it can have on the person who got ragged minds. This movie stated that ragging is not fun. It can make somebody's life hell and further cause them mental trauma for life.

This movie reflected the lives of two homosexuals and how they faced society. It showed the journey of a gay couple who wanted to get married and their struggle to get their families' acceptance for the same. The film gave a message that we should never crack a joke about someone's sexuality.
