Meanwhile, Russian Finance Minister Anton Siluanov expressed optimism about India-Russia trade reaching $100 billion by 2030, citing rapid growth, expanding cooperation across sectors, and the opening of VTB Bank’s new flagship office to strengthen financial infrastructure.
