Hyderabad City Police Commissioner VC Sajjanar has announced the formation of a Central Investigation Team to monitor sensitive cases, emphasising that police efforts must lead to convictions rather than just arrests. Chairing the October crime review meeting at the TGICCC in Banjara Hills, he directed officials to rectify delays, prioritise long-pending cases, and ensure dignity for women complainants.
