Addressing the plenary session of Second World Summit for Social Development in Doha, Qatar on Wednesday, labour and employment minister Mansukh Mandaviya said persistent reforms, convergence of welfare programmes, and digital innovation in the last 10 years has helped India lift millions out of poverty.
