India’s current account deficit narrowed to USD 12.3 billion (1.3% of GDP) in Q2 FY 2025-26 from USD 20.8 billion a year ago, aided by higher exports, increased net services receipts, and strong FDI inflows. Foreign exchange reserves declined.
