The High Court of Karnataka on Monday refused to confine its interim order of staying the October 18, 2025 Government Order (GO), which restricts use of public places, including roads, parks, playgrounds, etc., without prior permission for a gathering of 10 or more persons, only to the petitioners who have challenged the legality of the GO.
