Vote counting for four assembly segments in Madhepura district is set to commence Friday at B N Mandal University’s northern campus. Preparations include 18 counting tables, with supervisors, micro observers, and assistants assigned to each. EVMs are secured under three-layer central armed forces protection, with counting beginning at 8 am.
