Mizoram Governor General (Dr) Vijay Kumar Singh on November 25 presented the Rajya Puraskar Award—the highest state-level honour of the Mizoram Bharat Scouts & Guides (MBS&G)—to 149 Scouts and Guides during a ceremony at the Durbar Hall of Raj Bhavan, Aizawl.
