UP CM to give 1 crore tablets to youth in the state, here's the list of eligibility

As the Uttar Pradesh assembly election is coming closer to the date, Chief Minister Yogi Adityanath made a huge announcement in the assembly. 

During the supplementary budget, Yogi Adityanath promised free laptops and mobile phones to the general population of the state. The current UP government is making preparations for the action, as per the latest reports. The government has set up a large estimated value budget for the distribution. 

 

Reason Behind The Announcement 

As per the media reports, Chief Minister Yogi Adityanath has planned this considering the corona situation. cm said that in the latest time many schools and colleges are conducting classes in online mode and hence the student is required to have digital aids for the convenience to take classes.  Seeing this, he will be distributing mobile and tablets to the students of undergraduate, postgraduate, engineering, and diploma pursuing.

Free internet is next on the agenda to facilitate fast and smooth communication and education. 

 

Budget And Planning:

For this plan, CM Yogi Adityanath has set up a budget of three thousand crore rupees. This project is not completely funded by the government. Many corporate groups, universities, and financial organizations will also chip in the project. 

 

Other Announcements:

Chief Minister Yogi Adityanath also announced special scholarship programs for the students in Sanskrit school during his address to the assembly. At the same time, the government will be opening the post for government teachers in the schools in near future. This presents a great employment opportunity for people in Uttar Pradesh in the near future.
