50,000 students to form the World's largest Tricolor:Delhi CM Kejriwal

Arvind Kejriwal, Delhi CM, asked the citizens while announcing by quoting, Why cannot India become the world no 1?

CM announced 50,000 children from government schools to stand together and form the world's biggest tricolor in Delhi on August 4 to mark the beginning of the celebrations for the 75th Independence Day. He made this announcement on Thursday. 

"Every citizen will get filled with Desh bhakti as India celebrates its 75th year of independence. On August 4, thousands of children will come together in Delhi to form the largest Tricolor in the history of the world,” he said.

CM urged people to come together to take the nation to greater heights. 

"Indians are the most intelligent all over the world. If left to the politicians and political parties, the nation will remain backward. Let's take a pledge that 130 crores of people will make India the best nation in the world. People ask, 'Can India lead the world?' Why cannot India become the world no 1?"

The occasion will be organized on Burari grounds and aims to set a world history for the human race said by a Delhi government official. However, the government has not conveyed how the children will be selected.

He mourned that multiple nations beat India in the last 75 years, although the country has all the natural resources.

He said, "Businessmen, lawyers, and working professionals will have to come together."

A Delhi government official said, “As part of the 75th Independence Day celebrations, the Kejriwal government has planned to install 115 -foot-tall Tricolors at 500 spots across the city. Till now, 497 high mast poles have been installed, and other places will get covered before August 15.”
