RBI Reports 13.34 Lakh Consumer Complaints in FY 2024-25, Loans and Credit Cards Top Grievances

RBI registered 13.34 lakh consumer complaints in FY 2024-25, up 13.55% from the previous year. Loans accounted for 29.25% of complaints, followed by credit card issues rising 20.04%. Digital grievance filing surged with 91.22% complaints online, and disposal rate remained high at 93.07%.
