Haryana DGP OP Singh has ordered a probe into alleged security lapses at Al Falah University after the Red Fort blast that killed 15 people, with investigators examining a video recorded by suicide bomber Dr Umar Nabi allegedly justifying the attack. The case has widened into a multi-state probe involving the NIA and ED, with several doctors and university-linked individuals under scrutiny for their suspected role in a ‘white-collar’ terror module.
