Russia Hits People Entering with 24-Hour Internet Blackout for ‘Safety’

Amid recent government crackdowns on foreign-owned services like WhatsApp and YouTube, people entering Russia will now need to wait 24 hours to use their SIM cards, or go through a procedure to activate them.
