Sambalpur police have arrested a 36-year-old man for allegedly operating a fraudulent investment scheme, duping investors of nearly Rs 50 crore. The accused, Madhusudan Barai, lured victims with promises of high returns through his agency, A&A Enterprises Investment Returns. Investigators have identified 47 investors who were misled with fabricated agreements and false assurances.
