The Assistant Engineer (Water Resources Department), Thekkadi, has issued the second flood warning in Mullaperiyar dam as water level reached 138 feet at 1 a.m. on Monday. Dindigul and Theni districts recorded light rainfall on Monday. Dindigul experienced light drizzle to mild rain.
