Director Sundar C officially steps away from the highly anticipated Tamil film ‘Thalaivar 173’, starring Rajinikanth and produced by Kamal Haasan’s Raaj Kamal Films International banner. Citing ‘unforeseen and unavoidable circumstances’ Sundar expresses gratitude for the opportunity and apologise fans who had eagerly awaited the collaboration. The project was originally slated for a Pongal 2027 release.
