Preity Zinta got candid with how she made a career decision with coin flip with Simi Garewal

Preity Zinta appeared on the interview with Simi Garewal, on the show 'On Rendezvous With Simi Garewal' and shared how her career started with a coin toss.

“It sounds like the perfect story, but no. I think when I met Shekhar, when he wanted to sign me up for Tara Rum Pum Pum, I was just like this little kid looking at Shekhar Kapur. And I just wanted to be cool, so I said, ‘Okay, if it’s destiny then I’ll just flip this coin. I said, ‘Heads, I will take film as a career and tails, I won’t’.”

Lucky for her fans she got Heads for the coin flip. The megastar has starred in many great blockbuster hits in the first decade of this Mellieha.

Starting in some of the great hits like Veer-Zaara, Koi...Mil Gaya...., Dil Se, Akshaya, and many more hits, she did not make the debut with Tara Rum Pum Pum, and the movie was put on hold until 2007

Preity Zinta has not worked in the Bollywood industry as an actress since moving to the united states after getting married to Gene Goodenough.
