Zoodles are gluten-free noodles made from zucchini that are fast to prepare, give your tastebuds a party while also keeping you weight on track.
For zoodles you need one medium zucchini, that will form your noodle base. Thus instead of pasta, you get a vegan option for your noodles.
Nutritionist Nmami Agarwal shares her recipe to prepare zoodles with paneer and sesame seeds, which gives the delicious freshness to the zoodles.
Ingredients:
Whole zucchini - medium
Cottage cheese or paneer, you can go for tofu also
Sesame seeds
One medium onion
Olive oil
Salt - to taste
Pepper - to taste
Recipe:
In a pan, you need to saute your paneer with olive oil on medium heat. When your paneer is ready take it off the heat and set it aside. in the same pan add 1 teaspoon of oil and add chopped onion and saute till translucent. Then put salt and pepper in your zoodle.
Once your zoodles are cooked, add your golden paneer. your zoodles will be cooked in 2-3 minutes.
When your zoodles have been cooked, add roasted sesame seeds in the pan and cook for 20 seconds, then serve in a hot dish.
For garnishing add cilantro, lemon juice, oregano, chilly flakes, and your zoodles are the day to eat.
This dish is best for snakes but also formas for a healthy breakfast and lunch.
