Tips for healthy liver

Liver health is something people can take secondary priority, mostly focusing on weight, skin, and hair. The liver plays a very crucial role in digestive health, blood purity, and indirect relation with skin and weight gain. 

Maintaining the health of the liver can be simple only if you understand the function of the organ. What you eat has an impact on your liver, but also your lifestyle habits like your hygiene, exercise, and sexual habits. with these few steps, you can get a healthy liver. 

Healthy weight is the key: The liver produces bile and other enzymes for the breakdown of protein, fats, and food compounds. So liver health is a direct relation with weight. Fatty liver is one of the main causes of disease, which is caused by unhealthy food habits. 

Exercise is crucial: In defense of the previous point, mild exercise should be a part of your daily life. Triglycerides buildup is the reason for fatty liver that can be solved with exercising.

Relying largely on medicine for pain relief is harmful to your liver, and over time weakens the liver.  What are the more alternatives? Taking painkillers in small doses or less frequently can be done in case it can't be avoided. 

Drink coffee: Surprisingly, drinking coffee is excellent for your liver, so if you can not live with your cuppa joe early in the morning, then this comes as a piece of good news.

Herbs and spices:  Spices like sage and Rosemary can promote healthy liver functioning. Cinnamon cumin nutmeg black salt oregano and garlic are also added to your food without damage to your liver. 

Safe Sex: Liver-related diseases of which hepatitis type A, B, and C are the most dangerous because medication and vaccination are available for these diseases. Using protection practicing safe sex and maintaining proper hygiene can reduce the chances of contaminating the illnesses. Do not share your personal hygiene items like razor towels and undergarments with anyone to avoid contamination.

Food for a healthy liver: If you have any complications with liver or a family history of the liver-related disease, you need to add green tea coffee grapefruit nuts to your meal. Blueberry, cranberry grapes, beetroot fish, fiber-rich food, oatmeal sunflower seeds are also essential for liver health.
