Mehli Mistry, a close aide of Ratan Tata, has stepped down as trustee of the Tata Trusts. Calling it a privilege to serve, he said his decision reflected his commitment to Tata’s ideals of integrity and transparency, signing off with: “Nobody is bigger than the institution it serves.”
