At the 100 Years of Sangh Journey lecture in Bengaluru, RSS chief Mohan Bhagwat said the organisation was not born out of opposition but to unite the Hindu society through character-building. He asserted that the Sangh seeks no power but works solely for the glory of Bharat Mata, tracing its roots to founder Dr Hedgewar’s nationalist vision and the spirit of self-reliance.
