To get a permanent license an individual must clear all the criteria of RTO. these criteria are as follows:

The application for a permanent license must be submitted between 30 days and 6 months.

Step 1: Visit the website: www.uptransport.co.in for form number 4 from the official website
Step 2: Fill the form with essential details and information.
Step 3: Visit the website: sarathi.nic.in
Step 4: Visit the section Application for new DL
Step 5: Select the tab New Driving License
Step 6: Fill out the online form with all the required information
Step 7: Submit all the required documents along with the form 4 filled before
Step 8: After the form is submitted, you will receive an application number
Step 9: Pay the fees required for the application to proceed further.
Step 10: An application date will be fixed to the driving test schedule.
Step 11: Appeared for the selected date and time. After the applicant has cleared the test, the license will be issued in the 3 week time period.
