Reducing the intake of refined and ready foods that are high in sugar and fat. Vegetables can help a person lose weight.

 

Eat plenty of dietary fibre

Choose a higher-fibre breakfast: plain wholewheat biscuits or plain shredded whole grain or oats are also good sources of fibre. Wholemeal or brown bread or brown rice. Go for potatoes with their skins on such as baked potatoes or boiled ones. A small number of nuts such as almonds can have around fiber making unsalted nuts without added sugars.
