Ingredients:

  • Maida(Refined Wheat Flour)
  • Curd
  • Baking Powder
  • Onions
  • Tomatoes
  • Chili
  • Oil
  • 2-3 Garlic
  • Capsicum
  • Paneer
  • Cheese
  • Mayonnaise
  • Chili Flakes
  • Oregano
  • Salt
  • Chili Powder

 

Method


MAKE THE DOUGH:

  • In a large bowl combine the maida, curd, baking powder and salt.

  • Stir till smooth.

  • Add some oil for softness.

  • Let the dough rest for 15 min.


PREPARE PIZZA SAUCE:

  • Cut 2 onions and 4 tomatoes.

  • Take a pan, add some oil and then put chopped onions, 2-3 garlic, chili and stir till it turns red. Now add tomatoes and wait for 5 minutes.

  • Then grind all the mixture in the mixer.

  • Again put gravy in a pan and add some mayonnaise, salt, and chili powder, mix it and wait for 2 minutes.

  • Take this sauce in a bowl. This can be used for 10-15 days.


PIZZA BASE:

  • Divide the dough into round balls according to your pizza size.

  • Take one ball of dough and flatten it with Roller on a lightly floured work surface.


TOPPINGS:

  • Prepare toppings with onions and tomatoes, and chop capsicum.

  • Crush some paneer and cheese.


HOW TO READY?

  • Stir some oil and flour on a pizza pan or a plane surface plate and put a pizza base on it.

  • Spoon on the mayonnaise with the first layer and then the second layer with pizza sauce, sprinkle with cheese and place your desired toppings on the pizza. Be careful not to overfill the pizza with too many toppings.

  • Put it in an oven at normal temperature for 15 minutes.

PRESENTATION:

You can have your pizza after taking it from the oven but if you love to eat a crispy pizza and try something different then try this step.

  • Take a pan and stir some oil.

  • Put the pizza on the pizza and wait till it comes red and crispy from the bottom.

  • Then have it with chili flakes, oregano and tomato sauce.
