Aadhar card: Bal Aadhar card without birth certificate, check out the process

Creating documents for children under the age of 5 years is a complex process, as in the growing age the biometrics and facial features of these children keep changing.  Now kids below the age of 5 can also get an Aadhar card, as per the Unique Identification Authority of India (UIDAI) without a birth certificate. This is possible with the help of replacing it with other documents.

Parents can get their children under the age of 5 Aadhar cards with a government hospital discharge slip. Parents can also use the school ID of their kids as a photo ID. Along with this, the parents are required to submit their own Aadhaar card as proof. 

 

Step 1- Login to UIDAI.gov.in.

Step 2- Select the option Aadhar Card Registered Link

Step 3- Enter the personal information of the child, such as their name, phone number, e-mail id.

Step 4- Now give information like place of birth, address, district, state of residence with care and submit to fix Appointment option.

Step 5- Select the nearest Aadhar center and select a date. 

 

Children below 5 years are not needed to submit biometric data, but after the age of 5 years, the cardholder is required to submit biometric data. This data includes a retina scan and fingerprint. 

After the age of 18 years, the cardholder is needed to like the said Aadhar with their Pan card.
