Jammu and Kashmir

It is popularly known as "Paradise on Earth". Pahalgam, Gulmarg and Dal Lake are the most lovable spots of J&K. For Pahalgam, you need two nights there, seeing places like Betaab valley/Aru Valley/Chandanwari/pony rides/white water rafting etc. On Dal Lake, the floating market is a unique site to savor. March to June is the best time to visit Kashmir because the climate is ideal for sightseeing; it is neither too hot nor too cold. But if you like snowfall you must visit between December to March. Himachal Pradesh

The pleasant and most popular time to visit is the winters, i.e., between October and February when it's the snowfall season. 7-15k is the normal expense for a Manali trip as per your budget. 

Uttarakhand

Haryana

But you don't achieve anything if you do not try the paratha of Sukhdev Dhaba at Murthal and also attend the Surajkund fair in Faridabad during February.
