Venice to use CCTV to control crowded problems will install more than 500 cameras

The gondolas, canals, food, and culture of Venice are known worldwide. The beautiful architecture, around the water streams, has people waiting and saving for years. The city welcomed so many people in the world, and yet is welcoming more every year. not everything about this is as henning as it may sound.

Venice has seen overcrowded tourism during the peak of seasons so often. Since after the pandemic the city has been looking for methods to open the tourist spots back but within the covid guideline and controlled environment. Tourists flood the city so much bet this only leads to the locals facing inconvenience and local shopkeepers being burned out with comparatively less profit.

Therefore, to find the solution to these problems the city authorities have decided to install more than 500 CCTVs. The CCTVs will help the authorities keep the general public under control and follow the covid guideline.

The city is expected to be under surveillance 24/7. This step is taken after keeping the wellbeing of the non-tourist population in mind. Earlier in the year, more steps were taken to control the overpopulation and economic imbalance. people will have to pay charges in face of entry fees to visit the country. This fee will range between $3.50 and $12. The notification of visit will also have to be booked in advance as per the new guidelines.
